Low Carb Stroganoff

Ingredients
5 oz London Broil or top sirloin2 oz (dry) Dreamfields Linguine1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 slivered onion1/2 cup sour cream1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Slice beef into thin strips
slice onion and mushroom
brown beef in canola, season with black pepper
add onions and saute
add mushroom and cook until most of the liquid is gone
add sour cream, paprika and parsley (or dill weed)
serve over linguine or other low carb pasta
