    I take fresh red potatoes and quarter them, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into about the same size of the red potatoes, fresh whole mushrooms and sometimes peel and quarter onions, fresh peppers and other fresh vegetables, put them in a pan drizzle olive oil, put it in the oven till done.
