Ranch mashed potatoes

Ingredients
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced1 tbsp Smart Balance buttery spread1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream1 tsp Tastefully Simple seasoned salt (try to find a seasoned salt that is low in sodium, and has granuales rather than just all powdery)1/4 cup 1% milk
Directions
In a pot, cover the potatoes with water and boil until they just barely come apart with a fork. Drain and immediately return to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash well.
