Rice Krispie Chicken

Ingredients
8 skinless boneless chicken breasts4 C Rice Krispies2 tsp cumin1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic1 Tbls paprika3/4 C grated parmesansalt & pepper2 eggs (1 egg if making less)6 oz. andoullie sausage, chopped1 C fat-free plain yogurt1/4 C chopped parsley1 tsp cumin
Directions
1. Saute andouille sausage and drain on paper towels. Crush Rice Krispies a little (not too finely) in a plastic bag.

2. Put crushed Rice Krispies in large, flat bowl, and add cumin, garlic, paprika, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cooked sausage once ithas cooled.

3. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then dry ingredients, pressing to coat. Place in baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with Pam.

4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. While chicken is baking, mix yogurt, parsley, and cumin together to serve with chicken.
