1 cup - Egg subtitute (Egg Beaters)4-6 small chunks or slices - Chicken (already prepared)1/4 - Green Pepper1/4 - Red Pepper1-2 slices - thinly sliced Onion strips (more or less depending on your taste for it)1/4 - Tomatoe1/2 cup - Low Fat Cheddar Cheese2 - Low Carb Tortillas5 sprays - I can't believe it's not butter (or Pam)
