Halibut with orange fennel relish

Ingredients
4 halibut steaks2 oranges chopped1 cup chopped fennel2 tbsp fennel fronds1 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Mix orange, fennel, fennel fronds, oil and some of the salt and pepper in a bowl set aside. Season fish with remaining salt and pepper and grill till flaky. Top with relish and serve.
