1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce1 chopped Jalapeno Pepper1oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese1/2 tsp Black Pepper1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/2 tsp Onion powder12 oz package GimmeLean Meatless Beef
In large bowl break up the 12 oz. package of GimmeLean Meatless Beef then add the following ingredients:
1/2 tsp each of black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder; 1 chopped jalapeno pepper; 1 oz. crumbled feta cheese; 1/2 cup of Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal - Plain; 3 tbsps of BBQ Sauce.
Mix by hand making sure that all of the ingredients are spread throughout the meatless beef. Break into 3 - 4 oz. balls and flatten into a patty shape. Grill for 10 minutes on low heat and enjoy!
