mock tuna salad

Ingredients
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed.5 cup chopped onion2 TBSP pickle relish1 tsp mustard.25 cup smart balance omega plus mayonaise.5 cup chopped celery
Directions
whirl all items except celery in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. empty into bowl and mix in celery.

if using this for sandwiches, you can usually get about 8 servings, if serving as a salad, about 6.
