Flax Seed Muffins

Ingredients
3 c. wheat flour1/2 c. ground flax seed3 tbsp. wheat germ1 c. sugar2 eggs (we use eggland's best)1 tsp. soda1 tsp. salt4 tsp. powder1 c.. skim milk6 tbsp. canola oil3 c. raisins1 c. craisins
Directions
400 degrees for about 18 - 20 min. We don't eat them with anything on them but if you wanted to add cream cheese for the protein I'll bet they'd be great!
