veggie ham sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread2 slices smoked ham1 slice american cheese1 cup spinach1/4 to 1/3 cup peeled, thinly sliced cucumberdash black pepper
Directions
Put ham, cheese, spinach, and cucumber between bread, sprinkle pepper on inside to taste. You can change it up(the cals will change). Like if you prefer turkey to ham, or provalone or swiss to american, etc., etc. I used what I had in the house!
