Mel's Ground Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb very lean ground beef2 Tbs oil2.5 cups of each green bell pepper and red bell pepper cut up2 cups onion cut up1 pkg Hanover frozen leaf spinachgarlic (I used the minced in a jar type)Natural Directions Ginger Soy Sauce - I used 8 Tbsp but you can add more or less
heat Wok or skillet
add 1 Tbsp oil
add ground meat and stir frequently
1/2 through I add a heaping Tbsp of minced garlic
when done remove meat
add 1 Tbsp oil
put in all vegetables except Spinach
Stir frequently
When vegetables are close to tender add frozen spinach
I add another heaping Tbsp of garlic (I like garlic)
Stir well then stir occassionally
When veggies are almost done add meat
Mix well then add soy sauce
Mix again till soy sauce is distributed
Cover and simmer based upon how crisp/tender you like your veggies.
