SD Cottage Cheese dill bread

Ingredients
2 C SD starter4 C WW flour2 T sugar1 tsp salt2 T oil1 C 1% cottage cheese1/4 C dill weeds1/4 C non fat milk1/2 C water
Directions
Mix all ingredients except salt in Kitchen Center for five minutes. Let rest for a few minutes. Mix ingredients again for 10 - 12 minutes until dough is formed. Sprinkle salt and mix until well blended in. Form a ball and grease ball, cover and let rise for 4 hours. Make two loaves and shape into loaf pans and let rise for another 2 hours or until dough rise up to rim of pan. Bake at 350F for 50 - 55 mins or until crumb reach 190 - 200F. Cool completely before slicing.
