Ingredients
4 egg whites2 whole eggs1 cup oatmeal2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese1 tsp. vanilla3 packages splendamay add 1/2 cup any type of fruit
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender or mixer until just blended. Spray skillet or griddle with cooking spray and cook until golden brown on each side.

Serve hot with sugar free syrup, jam or fresh fruit.
