Low Fat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup molasses2 eggs1/2 cup milk1/2 cup water1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cup natural wheat bran
Directions
Mix applesauce, sugar, molasses and eggs and beat together well. Add milk, water and then bran. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to liquid ingredients. Place in greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 large muffins.
