Sarah's Favorite Pasta Salad (hot or cold)

Directions
1 Box Barilla Rotini cooked as per directions on box2 cans of water packed artichokes, drained1 bag (16 oz) Frozen French cut beans (defrosted for cold version or steamed until crisp for hot version)1 bag (16oz) Frozen Mixed pepper strips defrosted1 can chick peas1 can black olives (sliced thin)1 cup Carrots, shredded1 cup Salad Dressing (I use Ken's lite Ceaser- it is 50 cal for 2 Tbls)
1) Cook pasta and drain
2) Steam green beans and peppers or if this will be served cold, just defrost
3) Slice back olives
4) shred carrots
5) mix pasta, green beans, peppers, chick peas, olives and carrots in a big bowl with salad dressing
6) add artichokes and mix gently
1 serving = 2 cups
