PB2 Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese1/2 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
Directions
Stir the oats, cottage cheese, and splenda together. Microwave for one minute. Stir in the dry PB2. Microwave for another 15 seconds. The oatmeal will be nice and chewy.

Makes 1 serving.

    If I could, I would give this 10 stars, it's that good!! I actually find myself looking forward to having this for breakfast. I also add a couple of drops of vanilla at the same time you add the PB2. - 8/2/11
