Vegetable Fried Rice

# White Rice, long grain, 1 cup# Sesame Oil, 3 tbsp # Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)# Egg, fresh, 2 large # *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 5 tbspsalt and pepper to taste
cook rice completely
Lightly beat egg in a bowl add salt and pepper
Heat 1tbsp of oil in pan, when hot add beaten egg and scramble lightly (dont completely dry out the egg). Set aside.
Cook mixed vegetables according to package instructions. Drain.
In a wok add 2tbsp of oil when hot add in rice and stir fry for a few minutes. Stir in egg and mixed vegetables. Add Soy sauce and stir fry for 5 minutes or until desired texture.
Serve hot. Yields 3, one cup servings.
