Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove) * Elk Meat, 1 piece, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Directions
I used 0.85 lb of elk burger, added 1 lrg egg, chopped finely the onion and mushroom.. squished it all up and made 3 patties and threw them on the BBQ
