Spinach, bacon and cheese crustless quiche

Ingredients
1 bag fresh spinach cooked6 eggs1/4 cup skim milk or water1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 slices turkey bacon cooked and choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook spinach by steaming. Drain and set aside to cook. Crack eggs into a large bowl along with milk or water and scramle. Soften onion by cooking. I throw the onion into a microwavable bowl with a litle bit of water, cover, and allow to cook for about a minute and a half. Combine cheese, cooked turkey bacon, onion and spinach with the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
