Roasted Skinny Green Vegetables

One bunch fresh asparagus, ends snapped off (could probably also be frozen)1 lb. bag frozen haricot verts (or use fresh or regular green beans--for fresh you will need to snap the ends off)4 scallions, cut in thirds1/8 cup olive oilSalt and pepper to taste (nutrition info includes 1 tsp. of each)Juice of 1 lemon or to taste
Preheat oven to 425.
Put all the vegetables on a large sheet pan where they fit in a single layer (or use two small pans like I do). Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until veggies are brown in parts and crisp-looking.
Sprinkle with lemon juice or serve with lemon wedges.
