1 x tablespoon light olive oil3-4 large potatos depending on size of caserole dish650g of Round Steak Mince2 x medium onions6 Carrots1 x cup of fresh peas (optional or instead of carrots).1 x serving of bisto gravy granuals2 x beef stock cubes
Put potatos in saucepan of boiling water & cook for 20mins approx till soft.
Put Mince into frying pan will a tablespoon of olive oil.
Fry until brown.
Add chopped onion, chopped carrots (chop into small pieces) and peas.
Stir and disolve 2 x beef stock cubes in approx 1/2 pint of boiling water & also add 1 tablespoon of bisto gravy (makes it thicker but optional as you can add corn flour later if prefered).
Mix around and fry for additional 5 mins.
Mash the potatoes.
Place the mince mix to the bottom layer of casserole dish and then layer on top the mashed potato.
Place in preheated oven at 200 degree for approx 25 mins or until mash is golden brown.
