Plain Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup sugar1 cup mashed bananas (2 to 3)(break bananas into chunks and place in a separate bowl. Use fork or potato masher to mash until smooth)1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup melted margarine
Directions
Serving size is one muffin.

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in ungreased paper lined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
