Ingredients
1 Can of Organic Black Beans- drained1 whole tomato, cut in cubes1 Hass Avocado, no skin or seed, cubed2 tablespoons of chopped oniona dash of chilli powder, cilantro and pepperjuice of 1 lime
Directions
toss all ingredients in a bowl
put 1 cup of the mix on a wrap or flatbread
delicious and easy!
