Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Fat free Vegetable Broth (2 x 900mL containers)7-9 TomatoesAny Vegetables you have on hand
Directions
Cut up all ingredients into bite size pieces. Add to broth. Bring to boil then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove 2 cups of the cooked vegetables and 1/2 cup of the broth and puree in the blender. Return the pureed vegetables to the soup for added thickness and flavour.
