3 Skinless, boneless chicken breastsWhole Wheat Pasta1 cup chopped onions1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup Mexican Velveta1 can cream of chicken soup3 minced garlic cloves
Bring big pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile chop onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cube chicken into bite-sized pieces. Once water is boiling throw in pasta, chicken, onions, garlic and mushrooms at the same time. Cook according to pasta directions. Strain everything into a large strainer and return to the pot. Add cheese and canned soup until completely melted.
Top with fresh parsley and serve!
Makes 3 large servings, but leftovers for lunch!
