5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

*Flour, white, .0832 cup (4 teaspoons)Granulated Sugar, .0832 (four teaspoons)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 3.25%, 1 tbsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbspVanilla Extract, .33 tsp
Add dry ingredients to mug (2 cup +/-) and mix well. Pour in milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (may be omitted if you are not a chocoholic) and vanilla extract and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for three minutes on high (1000) watts)
The cake may rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed..
Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes and tip out onto plate. Cut in half and serve
Makes two servins.
