Tricolor Salsa

Ingredients
1.5 cup corn kernels (frozen or fresh)2 cans diced tomatoes1 can Ro*tel1/4 red onion1/4 cup fresh Cilantro2 Tbsp Lime Juice1 tsp ground Cumin1 Avocado
Directions
Combine all ingredients except avocado in medium bowl. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

Just before serving, add avocado to salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with tortilla chips or spooned over grilled chicken.
