Garlic Sesame Salmon with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 tsp. sesame oil1 clove garlic, minced6 oz. salmon½ cup cooked brown rice1 ½ cups raw vegetables
Directions
Drizzle half oil on salmon, grill or broil for about 8 min. or until cooked. Stir fry vegetables and garlic in remaining oil until tender crisp. Serve all on brown rice.
