Soy Milk Kheer

Ingredients
3 cups of light plain soy milk1/3 cup basmati rice, uncooked1/3 cup golden raisins1/4 cup sugar1 tsp cardamom, groundslivered almonds - garnish
Directions
Boil soy milk and stir in uncooked rice and raisins. Cover and cook on low for 30-40 minutes, stirring ocasionally until milk is incorporated into rice and raisins. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.

Chill

Sprinkle cardamom and almonds on top and serve.
