Baked Penne

Ingredients
Penne pasta (rigatoni or mastaccioli)Jarred Spaghetti SauceGround beef or turkeyshredded mozzarella cheesegrated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta until done.
Cook ground beef and season as desired. (Also can add mushrooms and/or onions)
Layer sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 pan - I prefer glass. (Pyrex) Then a layer of cooked pasta, then the cooked meat. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Cover with sauce. Another layer of pasta, sauce and more cheese. sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired.
