2 c chicken liver1 onion2 cloves garlic1 tbs olive oil1 tbs tomatoe puree (from can)saltcuminchili powderpaprika powder 5 mushrooms
wash liver, dice onion, press garlic, and put them in a pan over medium heat and bake. then season with salt, cumin, chili powder and paprika powder. add the tomatoe puree and mushrooms and a bit of water and let cook on low heat until done and you need to have a thick sauce, if needed during cooking procces, add some water (just a little)
Note: I have used about 2 c liver, but I typed 250 gram. so I hope it almost the same
