1 cup Corn Bread Mix -1 cup Flour, whole grain1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick 1/4 cup Olive Oil1/2 cup Milk, nonfat1/4 cup Water1/2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce1/4 cup finely shredded red Cabbage7 large Mushrooms thinly sliced1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% MilkfatOnion powder, 1 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tbspThyme, ground, 1/2 tbspRosemary, dried, 1/2 tbsp Basil, 1/2 tbsp1 large Tomatoes, thinly sliced1/4 cup Green Peppers4 Green Olives, diced1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Mix crust and pad down on pizza pan. Pour over pizza sauce. Layer in thinly shredded red cabbage and some of the mushrooms. Mix cotttage cheese with spices and clump on top. Then layer on very thinly slice tomatoes and place on top, same with green peppers, remaining mushrooms. Add a few green olives that have been dices and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place in 470 degree oven for 15 minutes.
