4 med potatoes ( cut into chunks)8 oz fresh mushrooms (cut into chunks)8 oz baby carrots1 med onion (cut into 1" chunks)2 lb venison roast1 jar mushroom gravy1 can beef stock1 pkg of beef stew dry mix
Mix potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, celery and onions together and put into bottom of crockpot.
Place venison roast on top of vegetables.
Mix gravy, stock and soup mix together and pour over roast.
Cover & cook on low for 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high
