* Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed (remove) * *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 8 oz (remove) * Milk, nonfat, .33 cup (remove) * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Directions
put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth adjust milk to desired consistency.
