Ingredients
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes 2 14.5 cansSpartan baby-cut Carrots 1 1 lb bagVg's Angus Beef boneless round steak cubed, 2.5 lbs Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips Onions, raw, 1 slice, large Celery, cooked, 2 cup, diced *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Brown the cube steak in olive oil and put the 2 cans of diced tomtoes in a dutch oven and once the steak is brown transfer the meat over into that pan. Put the veggies in about one hour after the cooking on low heat put the veggies in. Cook till veggies are tender.
Serve over mash pototoes or by it self.
