8 cups water6 cups fat free chicken broth3 cans fat free cream of chicken soup3 ribs celery diced1 cup diced onion1 cup of carrots2 cups Kale 1 pkg no yolk noodlespepperthyme sage
combine chicken broth, water and vegetables, bring to a boil and cook for 5 min. add noodles, cook till noodles are tender. add 3 can of soup stirring well. season with pepper, thyme and sage.
