Yummy Turkey Hash

Ingredients
3.5 oz. turkey breakfast sausage (Jennie-O is great!)1.25 cups of frozen hash brown potatoes1/3 cup of chopped onion1/3 cup of fresh and chopped bell pepper (you can mix red and green if you want).25 tsp. black pepperdash of Salt (optional)
Directions
coat a non stick pan w/ cooking spray and heat to a medium.
Add turkey meat (crumbled into pieces), then saute until brown
Add chopped onion and bell pepper and saute for aprox. 3-4 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until fork tender, and remember to stir.
Serve. Fruit will go great with this dish.
