Beef with Cabbage & Carrots

Ingredients
3/4 lb 90% lean ground beef4 cups shredded cabbage1 large carrot shredded1/2 t caraway seeds2 T seasoned rice vinegar
Directions
brown ground beef, drain
reduce heat to low
add cabbage, carrot and caraway seeds
cover and cook 10 minutes; stirring occasionally
stir in vinegar
add 1 T water for extra moistness if desired
