Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 to 4 Ripe bananas(smashed)1/3 C Melted butter1 C splenda1 egg beaten1 t vanilla extract 1 t baking sodapinch of salt3/4 cup wheat flour3/4 white flower
Directions
In a big bowl mix smashed banana's and butter together with a wooden spoon.
Add in sugar, egg & vanilla, mix
Sprinkle on b. soda and salt,
At last add Flour.

Fill muffin tins 3/4th way
You should be able to fill 20 total. cook for 35-40 minutes or till it will get a tiny bit crispy on top.
If you want you can use a 4x8 loaf and cook for 1 hour.
Remove and cool on rack
1 muffin is one serving
