Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
1 small Green Apple chopped1 small Onion chopped1 tsp Fennel Seed1 1/2 lbs or 24 oz Ground Turkey1 tsp. Allspice1 tsp. Sweet or Smoked Paprika1 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning2 T. Olive Oil
Directions
Sautee apple and onion in 1 T. oil and add Fennel Seed and cook until onion becomes soft. Set aside to cool when done.

Add all spices to turkey in a bowl and mix. Once apples and onions are cooled add to turkey mixture. Use 2 oz scooper to portion out turkey and make into patties and cook.
