2 medium bananas8 strawberry's (i use frozen, because it makes my smoothie colder, but the book says to use fresh organic strawberries)5oz apple juice (i used gerber for the nutritional values because it's all i have on hand right now! lol) **The book says use 10tbsp, I figured it out to be *about* 5oz - I just used oz instead of tbsp so I could figure out the nutritional values easier.
Makes about 2 cups
Put it all in the blender/smoothie maker and GO!
Sometimes I add plain yogurt, or vanilla yogurt to make it thicker and creamier. Just be sure to add it to your nutritional values.
