Hake fillets with a crunchy - cheesy topping

400 g hake fillets (appr 3 fillets)100 g fresh mushrooms sliced10 g sunflower seeds dised10 g pumpkin seeds dised1 tble spoon freshly squezed lemon juice50 g Delite medium fat cheese gratedSpices to taste
Spry baking tray with spray and cook.
Place fish in tray.
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Squize lemon juice over fish and sprinkle seeds on top.
Place mushrooms on top of seeds.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Uncover fish and sprincle with spices and place grated cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
