Homemade Vegie Soup

Ingredients
1 Cup each of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, onions, peas (chopped)1 can tomatoes (28 fl. oz.)beef broth to taste1 tsp black pepper10 cups water
Directions
chop vegies, add to water, canned tomatoes, beef broth and pepper. Cook till vegies done. approx. 35 minutes. Maks approx. 15 cups cooked soup.
Put part of vegies and stock in blender and blend to make creamer soup.
I have a son that doesn't like vegies of almost every kind. I made him this soup and blended everything. He thought it was great. (Imagine that)
