1 lb. lean ground beef1 T onion powder - or one med. onion (diced)1 T garlic powder - or 1 garlic clove (minced)1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg onion soup mix1 cup raw rice2 T soy sauce2 cups water
cook lean ground beef, drain if needed. Add onion pwd, garlic pwd, onion soup mix, soy sauce and water. Cook for 20 mins or until the rice is done and water gone.
