Zucchini with Peppers

Ingredients
4 cups sliced zucchini (4 medium)1/2 Tbsp olive oil1/3 large yellow pepper (1/2 cup chopped)1/3 large red pepper (1/2 cup chopped)1/2 cup chopped onion----------------------1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp basil, dried1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp paprika-------------------2 Tbsp ketchup2 oz (4 Tbsp) white wine
Directions
1---Start heating large pan or pot with olive oil, on medium heat.
2---Slice up zucchini to 1/4" thick slices. Toss in oil. Cover pan and let cook.
3---Chop peppers and onion. Add to pan, toss with zucchini and cover.
4---Continue cooking about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prep spices.
5---When the 10 minutes are up, stir in spices and cook about 5 minutes covered.
6---Stir in ketchup and white wine. Cover and cook another 2-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat. If desired, top with cheese or fresh basil strips.
