Chicken Tetrazini with Veggies

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (cubed)2 cups cooked wheat pasta1 can Cream of Celery condensed soup1 cuo chicken broth15 spears of asparagus (halfed)1.5 cups snow peas1 cup Parmesan Cheese7 slices of sharp cheddar cheese (chopped)
Directions
Place oil in a skillet that has a lid. Saute chicken until almost cooked through. Add asparagus and snow peas. Cook with lid on stirring frequently. When vegetables are at the doneness you enjoy take off heat.

In the meantime mix the Cream of Celery Soup, chicken broth, and cheeses together. Add pasta, chicken , and vegetables to the mixture, stir till well combined. Place into a greased 3qt baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or untill cheese is melted through.

    How is this a healthy recipe at 671 calories per serving? That calorie count doesn't even include the oil you mention when cooking the chicken. - 12/27/12
