3 Oz grilled Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast, cubed1 Cup dark salad greens (red lettuce,romain and spinache greens)1/4 cup Mandarin Orange sections, pitth and membranes removed3 Cherry Tomatos2 TBS Sliced Almonds1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrots1/4 Cup Snow Peas

Toss all ingredients together and enjoy with your favorite low cal asian inspired dressing :)

    I like the mix of the chicken, the greens and the lightness of the mandarin oranges. My favorite dressing is by Kraft, the asian seseame. YUM! - 3/27/07
