chicken vegetable soup

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed and chopped into bite size pieceslarge can of tomatoes2 cartons of chicken broth2 cups of chopped celerycan of chickpeas, drained3 chopped parsnips2 cup of sliced baby carrotsi yellow bell pepper, choppedcan of sliced mushrooms, drainedcan of chick peas, rinsed and drainedItalian seasoning (basil, oregano, cayenne) to taste
Directions
Combine the ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for an hour; chill. Makes 6 1.5 cup servings, very filling.
