6 - 2oz chicken breast1/2 of a small onion1/2 of a bell pepper3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce1 Sara Lee Hearty & Delicious Deli Roll
Season chicken then put on barbecue grill for 20 minutes. While chicken is grilling, cut up onions and slice bell peppers. Sautee in shallow pan sprayed with Pam Olive Oil spray. Once chicken is done, cut it up into small chunks. Blend chicken, onions, bell peppers, and BBQ sauce in sautee pan. Cook approx 3-5 minutes. Place mixture in Sara Lee Deli Roll.
