Ingredients
Minced beef 454 grammeMushroom 200 grammeOnion 1 largechopped tomato 400 grammetomato puree 1 cupChill powder -to tasteJalapeno peppers - 1 cup or moderate to tasteWhite or brown rice 700 grammes extra light olive oil
Directions
Serves 5 people
chop mushroom and onion and brown in olive oil
add minced (ground ) beef chilli powder peppers
cook for three to five minutes then add tomatoes, puree,and additional liquid as required - water.
Cook for 10 minutes - add kidney beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes
Meanwhile prepare rice
and serve...
